A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Pastor Marsha Scott serves alongside Overseer Eric Scott in pastoral ministry at the Lighthouse Worship Center, which they co-founded in Baltimore, Maryland. She contributes to several ministry teams, including Administrative and Intercessory Prayer, and leads the Lighthouse Ladies Women’s Ministry team.

The mother of three adult sons—Eric Jr., Aaron, and Darrin—she enjoys spending quality time with her sons, daughters-in-love, and grandchildren. Through diligence and hard work, Pastor Marsha earned her Master of Theology degree from the North Carolina College of Theology in June 2020.
